Hi I'm Tamara Simon and as a Small Business Speaker, Author and Coach, I use the world of sport to coach owners and their teams to grow their small business.
For over 20 years, I've been providing much needed support to Small Business Owners, CEOs and their teams so they can build, manage and grow a simple profitable business they actually love.
I've found simple ways to bring in more customers which puts more money in your bank account.
I've helped countless owners make their business easier to run and a more enjoyable place to work for them and their team.
I've given people CLARITY so they can focus on what's important and know what to do next rather than feeling
overwhelmed.
And I've been fortunate enough to help reset teams who had been struggling to meet deadlines and even sometimes to get along with each other, so they could remember again why they loved working in their business.
Now I live and breathe my 2 passions: Sport and Small Business; and it's using this knowledge and experience where I
provide a different speaking and coaching perspective as I uncover the business behind sport.

I've published 2 business books which use the analogy of The Three Little Pigs fairytale to demonstrate that this is how we build our small businesses. The Five Little Business Pigs is for small business owners, and The Five Little RTO Pigs is the first and only business book for registered training organisations (RTOs). I was also one of the Founding Contributors for Smallville - the small business website for owners who dreamed big where I published over 100 blogs.
My leadership and management expertise was recognised as a Finalist in the Queensland Telstra Business Women's Awards and IML's Excellence Awards; and receiving QITC's 'Leadership in VET' Award. I'm also a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML).
I love sport including AFL, netball and tennis; and am a passionate member of the Hawthorn AFL Football Club.
